1. Introduction
Welcome to the Virtual International Centre of Mathematics & Intelligence (“VICMI”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, website, and educational programs. By enrolling or using our platform, you agree to these Terms in full.
2. Services Provided
VICMI offers virtual mathematics, science, and intelligence-based learning services for individuals aged 3 to 99. We provide one-on-one and group sessions, both on a subscription and one-time payment basis.
3. Registration and Accounts
To use our services, users must register and provide accurate, complete information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and passwords.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
We offer both one-time and subscription-based services. Fees are due in full at the time of booking or enrollment. Subscription services will automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Clients may cancel subscriptions or scheduled sessions by providing written notice at least 48 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit the session fee.
6. International Clients
Our services are available globally. By accessing our services, international users agree to comply with local laws regarding online education and digital transactions.
7. Conduct and Behavior
We expect all students and participants to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior during sessions. VICMI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services for disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate conduct.
8. Data Collection and Privacy
We collect personal data such as names, email addresses, and academic preferences to deliver services. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required by law. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All content provided by VICMI, including lesson materials, videos, and branding, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
VICMI is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. We make no warranties regarding the outcomes or academic results from participation in our programs.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. User Rights and Responsibilities
Users have the right to access and use the services provided by the Virtual International Centre of Mathematics & Intelligence (“VICMI”) in accordance with these Terms. Users are responsible for ensuring their account information is accurate, keeping login credentials secure, and using the platform respectfully and lawfully. Users agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the functionality of the service, and to treat staff and other users with courtesy and respect during all interactions.
2. Intellectual Property
All materials, content, and intellectual property provided by VICMI—including lesson plans, instructional videos, course documents, branding, logos, and all associated resources—are protected under copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without express written consent from VICMI. Use of our content is permitted only for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
VICMI provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, nor do we guarantee specific academic or personal outcomes from the use of our platform or programs. Any reliance on the services or materials provided is at the user’s own risk.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VICMI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to VICMI for the services in question.
5. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of VICMI’s services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and held in the state where VICMI is headquartered.
6. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VICMI, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses—including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs—arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Wyoming, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
