Cancellation Policy

At the Virtual International Centre of Mathematics & Intelligence, we value your time and commitment to learning. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all students and instructors, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Class Cancellations by Parents or adult Pupils:

• One-on-One Sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session to avoid a “no show” fee.

• Group Sessions: Due to the structure of group classes, missed sessions will not be rescheduled or refunded. However, recordings might be provided when available upon request at the instructors discretion.

2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows:

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be considered late and may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• No-shows (no communication prior to the session) will be charged the full session fee.

3. Class Cancellations by the Centre:

• In rare cases where we must cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. instructor unavailability), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Subscription or Program Cancellations:

• For ongoing programs or subscription-based services, cancellations must be made at least 28 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming period.

5. Emergency Considerations:

• We understand that emergencies happen. In such cases, please contact us directly at admin@vicomintelligence.org and we’ll do our best to accommodate your situation with flexibility.
