At the Virtual International Centre of Mathematics & Intelligence (“VICMI”), we are committed to providing high-quality virtual learning services. Due to the nature of our digital and time-reserved offerings, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. By purchasing or subscribing to any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No Refunds

All payments made to VICMI are non-refundable. This applies to:

• One-on-one tutoring sessions

• Group classes and workshops

• Subscription packages

• Curriculum access or educational resources

• Registration or enrollment fees

2. Missed or Cancelled Sessions

We understand that emergencies and scheduling conflicts may occur. However:

• Missed sessions (no-shows) are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to be considered for rescheduling.

• Late cancellations (less than 48 hours notice) will result in forfeiture of the session.

3. Subscriptions

Subscription payments are billed automatically on a recurring basis.

• Clients may cancel their subscription at any time, but no partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.

• To avoid future charges, subscriptions must be cancelled at least 3 days before the next billing date.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds will only be considered in the following limited cases:

• Duplicate payments made in error (with proof)

• Technical issues that prevent access to paid services and cannot be resolved within 72 hours

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@vicomintelligence.org and include supporting documentation. VICMI reserves the right to deny any refund request at its sole discretion.
